The main 9-hole course in particular presents a real challenge to play to handicap. Nothing illustrates this more than its signature hole, the short par three, sixth. At a mere 136 yards, this can require anything from a wedge to a seven iron and demands a precision strike to avoid disaster. It is aptly named "The Battlefield".
