Inverary Castle in Loch Lomond
The Duke of Argyll's family, the senior branch of Clan Campbell, moved from Loch Awe to Inverary in the first half of the 15th Century. The present building was built between 1745 – 85. See armoury collection, French tapestries and genealoogical display in the Clan Room.
